Client Portal Landing Page

I began by identifying the most critical information users need when accessing the landing page. By analyzing support logs and stakeholder feedback, I narrowed down the "must-haves" to ensure the page remained focused and clutter-free.

I researched leading financial institutions and modern FinTech portals to identify industry benchmarks. This helped us understand the "visual language of trust" and determine which features were standard versus which could be our competitive differentiators.

I moved into low-fidelity wireframing to map out the information architecture. The focus here was on placing the most important login actions and service overviews where users’ eyes naturally land.

Using the established brand identity, I designed a high-fidelity interface that balances clean white space with sophisticated, professional accents. This step focused on accessibility, ensuring high contrast and legible typography for all client demographics.

I developed an interactive prototype to simulate the user journey from landing to login. This allowed us to test the "Support Tile" interactions and navigation flow, ensuring a seamless transition before moving into production.

To ensure a pixel-perfect build, I provided a comprehensive handover package. This included a documented component library, CSS specifications for spacing and typography, and exported assets (SVG icons/images) for high-performance loading.

The new landing page provides a clean, professional welcome. It immediately establishes a sense of trust and security. The design features a clear and prominent call to action, directing existing users to log in and new users to the registration process without any confusion.

Instead of dense paragraphs, services are now presented in a modular, card-based layout. Each card uses custom-drawn iconography and concise headers, allowing clients to identify available services.

To provide transparency and build credibility, I designed a dedicated section that clearly lists the types of entities supported by the portal. Using a clean grid of logos and descriptive tags, this section reinforces that the platform is robust enough to handle complex, multi-entity financial structures. 

To reduce friction during the login process, I implemented a triage-style support section. These tiles provide immediate pathways for users who encounter hurdles, ensuring they never feel "stuck" outside the portal.
